Dr Bollermann talks of preparing a glass of water pre-meditation. Take a clear glass, and fill it with clean water. But first, clean the glass with a small spray of lemon juice on the rim. Take your index and middle finger, place it into the cup but not touching the water. Use this to put intention into the water of assimilating into the process fully. Allow the water to distribute the energetic fields throughout the body.
