My favorite part is about 1:20:00 Sara talks about Motivation vs Inspiration. Often we are motivated by avoiding some unwanted circumstance. We do something to fill a void.
Inspired is alignment with the source within you. This is doing things that bring you joy. It’s a very different feeling from motivation.
