Law of Attraction

This idea was made popular by the hit movie The Secret.

It’s a very basic idea, similar to that of like energy attracting like energy. One must be in, or create a space that they wish to flourish, thus attracting others and other ideas of the same nature.

It’s no secret that being in a depressed state attracts others in a depressed state. You attract the energy of others no matter what state you are in. Which state do you choose to be in?

The following is a free, or inexpensive course of the Law of attraction. I do not gain any profit from this link. Only that like energy attracts like energy.

After completing the first few modules. I had to share. There are very simple worksheets included at each module. Completing the questions in the worksheet and putting some thought or meditation into the ideas is really beneficial. If you aren’t committed or don’t feel that you really want to do this, then do something that you are 100% dedicated to.

These modules are fairly short. Putting 100% into it, just might teach you something. Do you at 100% all the time. If it’s not you, find what is you and do THAT at 100%!

Go Within for Answers

Isn’t funny how you can work so hard to get a solution to a problem.

Then, if you take a 20-minute quiet break and clear your mind—almost as if by surprise—you see the best solution.

Tranquility is fertile ground for the creative mind.

When you are looking for an answer to a problem, it can be helpful to remember…

Some of the best answers come through in tranquil moments.

In today’s message, I find it a great reminder that even 20 minutes of quiet time once or twice a day can set one up for alignment. Just relax and allow all the noise of the day to drop, to fade away. Maybe it’s shortly before lunch time, or just after the daily grind.

This practice might seem elementary or inconsequential. It is really amazing to allow all the ‘daily stuff’ fall away. I dare you to try it. Allow solutions to come to the surface.

Think of clearing the surface of a pond. Leaves and other ‘muck’ will prevent the koi fish below from receiving plentiful oxygen.

Carry with you the intention of possibility! Allow infinite solutions to be available. Going into meditation with anything less will prevent the true answer from surfacing (or answers you didn’t know needed solving!)

Moving Your Energy by Choice

Do you think about how one choice in the moment can set up a choice for the next moment? It is simply about expanding your now into the next moment. We are not talking about planning future states. Planning a future state to have 60 days of pay in the bank, or 30 days of food available to you and your family is very wise however.

We are speaking directly to the moment of now, and the very next moment that happens after now. Life is a series of thoughts strung together. Some are related, some are not. The energy of thought can and usually does move into the next idea.

We are speaking directly about making positive empowering choices now and expanding those into the very next moment. This is for the sake of leading a fulfilling life, a life of joy.

Do you have an idea? No matter the size, use the following steps to ensure quality of the energy moving forward:

  1. Idea
  2. Is it me?
  3. Is it safe?
  4. Is it one of my patterns?
  5. Does it empower me?
    1. Desire for sweets — likely no.
    2. Desire for a beer, shot, (any alcohol) — likely no.
    3. Exercise — likely yes.
    4. Play – positively yes.
  6. How does it make you feel?
    1. Joyful
    2. Frightful
    3. Excitement
    4. Neutral
    5. Annoyed
    6. Tired
  7. Can you pull this energy forward?
    1. How does it serve you?
    2. Is the outcome powerful?
    3. Does it empower you?
    4. If there is a negative feeling/emotion, why? Where does the negativity come from?
      1. You can have a sad emotion that needs to be present in order for something else to happen. Perhaps there is a chain of events that need to occur until the positive presents itself.
      2. Do not spend a lot of time thinking about this, simply know it might happen at some

This can be utilized in micro choices throughout the day, or with meditation of bigger choices in life. When utilized for micro choices throughout the day, you’ll find quick action to be best. Too much thought may lead you astray. This is because when you are new to the process, your mind will be stronger than your heart. We are trying to focus on the heart here. It speaks softly and your brain talks loudly. Your brain will try and convince you to stay the course. What you have been doing is comfortable and should remain. Moving into something new is uncomfortable. Be prepared for blockages when trying something new.

It’s important to realize that small changes will make a difference long term. Do not be discouraged if it doesn’t work out like you expect. This is part of the training.

You will begin to make small wins. With each small win, there may be a set back. Perhaps something doesn’t work out and is very discouraging – almost so that you wish not to continue with the experiment. This is a time to push harder. Allow the situation, be ok with the situation, and work toward the next small win.

Stick with and allow each small win. Those small wins will turn into medium sized wins, and eventually big wins. Do no flounder when a set back is presented. This is a test to see if you really want to change.

Rember, your mind seeks to keep things the same. Your heart quietly loves to grow.

Bring Your Power

Bring the vortex of you being in your power. Stay in the vortex of your power. Thinking about someone outside the vortex will pull them into the vortex. So long as they have a desire to come inside. Now you both will be in the vortex.

You can be expelled from your own vortex if you think negatively. So keep a positive attitude! Think about what you want and having what you want. This idea will draw others in by the law of attraction.

Anyone who doesn’t want to come into the vortex will not be coerced or forced to come in. There must be a desire, maybe hidden, but a desire to come into the vortex in the first place. Thus when someone enters the vortex, it is a beautiful thing. It will be an amazing thing.
